“I think he will find a use for the stump.”
Lena Headey, on how the loss of Jaime’s hand will affect his relationship with Cersei (via queencersei)
“I don’t blame him. I don’t blame you either. We don’t get to choose who we love.”
Jaime Lannister (via rox-paper-skissors)
“Oh, my god, that’s such a harsh thing to say about Margaery! You’ve hurt me! People have got Margaery all wrong. She’s so much more sincere than people think. Genuinely, she is. She’s just a pragmatist. She genuinely is a pragmatist, which is what Sansa is becoming. If you’re not pragmatic around Cersei Lannister, bad things are going to happen to you. So, it’s not about being vindictive and conniving. It’s about survival, which is what the game of thrones is. That’s why people identify with the characters. They’re not goodies and baddies. There’s a humanity to these characters. They’re anti-heroic, in various forms. You understand their motivation ‘cause everyone’s just trying to survive, and we can all identify with that.”
Natalie Dormer when asked, “Does Margaery love anything besides herself, her brother and the pursuit of power? (x)

I certainly relate to Ygritte in the fact that she is so strong and also ruthless as well and I feel that especially within ‘Game of Thrones,’ I think that as a show, it is one of the frontrunners for showing dominant female characters and making sure that men answer to women rather than the other way around… Nobody’s actually come up to me saying that she inspires them, but she certainly inspires me to be tougher. I’m a bit of a wimp when it comes to the cold. My God, knowing that Ygritte is Wilding to the bone, it was fun to kind of give that a go and to portray that.

If your character were living in the modern day, what music would he/she listen to? (x)

The dwarf woman studied her with dim red eyes. “I see you,” she whispered. “I see you, wolf child. Blood child. I thought it was the lord who smelled of death …” She began to sob, her little body shaking. “You are cruel to come to my hill, cruel. I gorged on grief at Summerhall, I need none of yours. Begone from here, dark heart. Begone!”
